A UX project built around one question: how do you make a weekly grocery shop less painful? Starting from observational research and user interviews, I developed three concepts — a smart shopping list app, a barcode scanner, and an in-store AR overlay — and tested each with real users.
The AR concept was cut after testing; the app went through two further rounds of refinement in Figma before landing on four core features: a categorised shop view, per-item detail pages (nutrition, environmental score, price), a barcode scanner, and an in-store aisle map.
